From the lush highlands of Shakiso in the celebrated Guji region comes this exceptional Ethiopian coffee, grown at elevations of 1,800 to 2,200 meters above sea level. Guji stands apart from neighboring Yirgacheffe and Sidama with indigenous coffee varieties and a signature flavor profile that’s both balanced and complex.

This lot was processed at the Sawana Washing Station, a vital hub in the community known for producing standout coffees. Sourced from local smallholder farmers, the cherries were carefully handpicked and traditionally processed to bring out vibrant fruit notes, a silky body, and the clarity that defines the best of Guji.
